Woodland Hub Lead Job Vacancy
We are very excited to announce that we have a job vacancy for our Woodland Hub programme. Play Torbay is a small charity that provides fun and accessible play opportunities throughout the year. We offer various activities such as playground adventures, weekly clubs and special events in our community.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Woodland Hub lead to take over developing and delivering this exciting programme with a Level 2 qualification in playwork/ youthwork or similar in other outdoor experiences and/or qualifications. They will be self-motivated and a good communicator, able to confidently liaise with engage groups of children ranging in age and with varying needs and abilities. The role involves delivering a 2.5 hour Forest School workshops every Wednesday morning during term time from 9th September – 16th December 2026 (14 sessions)
POSITION: Woodland Hub (Fixed-Term Contract)
CONTRACT: 2 September 2026 – 16 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension, subject to funding availability
SALARY: £18 per hour £35,100 pa pro rata
HOURS OF WORK: 6 hours a week, flexible
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager
LOCATION: In person at Indigos Playground, Brixham
STAFF BENEFITS: 5% employers pension contribution
